The Role

At Undo, we do more than remove tattoos, we help people move forward. Every treatment is about trust, transformation, and helping someone take the next positive step in their life.

As a Tattoo Removal Expert, you are a vital part of that experience. You are often the first person a client meets and the professional who guides them throughout their entire removal process.

At UNDO, we work towards one clear standard every single day:

The best possible treatment, delivered and communicated in the best possible way.

For our location in the bustling center of London, we are seeking a fulltime skin therapist.

About You

Our clients choose UNDO for the people behind it. You combine clinical expertise with empathy, precision with personal attention, and professionalism with a genuine interest in the person in front of you. You will likely be:

Communicative: A warm, clear communicator who listens actively and builds trust quickly;
Curious: Curious, eager to keep learning and open to feedback;
Responsible: Proactive, taking responsibility rather than waiting for others to act;
Collaborative: A true team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues;

Impact-focused: Commercially aware, while always acting in the client's best interest.
